Stir the cream for about 5 minutes to make sure that it is with no clumps.
Mix the coffee with hot water.
Soak the cookies one by one in the coffee and lay them on a plate next to eachother.
When the plate is full, add a tsp of the coconut cream over each cookie.
Now it is time to start soaking another round of cookies and place them over the layer that alredy is on the plate.
Repeat the process until you have no more cookies.
Cover the whole cake with the rest of the coconut cream, Also on the sides.
for the topping, we normally use scrambled coconut and hazelnuts.
Leave it in the fridge for at least one hour.
