Choconut Vegan Cake (with coconut and nuts)

Who doesn't love desserts? And if they are vegan, much better, right? ????????
So, since we changed our diet, we started to cook more and we came across a VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAKE recipe. After a few tries, we did our own version ????
CHOCONUT VEGAN CAKE made by us, with a really simple recipe. This just takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and about 40/45min to bake. And, uhmm, it comes from the GODS ????

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup raffled coconut
  • 100 gr nuts
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 q.b. coconut oil (for the form)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 175 degrees.  In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt. 
  • Add the oil, vanilla, vinegar, water. Mix it nicely until you get a smooth mass.
  • When it is smooth you can add the nuts you want (crashed hazelnut, peanut, or any other that you prefer. You can also add the raffled coconut.
  • After you prepare the form (with any oil ingredient), you can pour the mass to it. And add some more nuts to the top. 
  • Bake at 175 degrees for 45 minutes. You can check it from time to time to be sure it won't be overcooked.
  • When it's ready just take it from the form and enjoy this super tasty choconut vegan cake.

Notes

Of course you can add or subtract some ingredients (nuts, coconut) and add the ones you like more. At the end we hope you enjoy this super fluffy choconut vegan cake 🙂
